Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of trading cards, sealed collectibles, product integrity, market-price fluctuations, and limited inventory availability, Rip It TCG Shop does not accept returns or exchanges based on buyer preference, a change of mind, or changes in market value.

Please review all product details, quantities, shipping information, and preorder terms carefully before completing your purchase.

Products Covered by This Policy

This policy applies to all products sold by Rip It TCG Shop, including but not limited to:

• Sealed Pokémon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Dragon Ball, and other trading card game products

• Booster boxes and booster displays

• Elite Trainer Boxes

• Collection boxes

• Tins

• Booster packs

• Presale and preorder products

• Sale and clearance products

• Gift cards

• Live-rip products

• Opened or unsealed products

• Other trading card products, collectibles, and hobby items

Order Cancellations and Changes

Once an order has been submitted, cancellations, product changes, quantity changes, and address changes are not guaranteed.

Customers should contact us immediately if they notice an issue with their order. We will review the request when possible, but an order may already be processing, packed, or transferred to the shipping carrier.

Orders cannot be canceled because of buyer preference, a change of mind, duplicate purchases, market-price changes, or finding the product at a lower price elsewhere.

This cancellation policy does not limit any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law. For example, when an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, customers may be entitled to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund. (Federal Trade Commission)

Preorders and Presales

Preorder and presale products are final sale and cannot be canceled because of:

• A change of mind or buyer preference

• Product or market-price changes

• A manufacturer changing the release date

• Supplier or distributor delays

• The product becoming available elsewhere

• Changes to anticipated product value or demand

Release dates and estimated arrival dates are subject to change.

If a delay requires customer consent or a cancellation option under applicable law, Rip It TCG Shop will provide the required notice and options.

If Rip It TCG Shop cannot fulfill a preorder because of an allocation reduction, supplier issue, cancellation by the manufacturer, or another inventory-related issue, the affected product or order will be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.

Returns

We do not accept returns based on buyer preference, a change of mind, cosmetic outer-packaging wear, or changes in market value.

Please do not send an item back unless Rip It TCG Shop specifically provides return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.

Any approved return must be sent according to the instructions provided by Rip It TCG Shop. Customers should retain all packaging and shipping materials until the issue has been fully resolved.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges based on buyer preference or a change of mind.

If Rip It TCG Shop confirms that an incorrect item was sent, we will work with the customer to correct the issue at no additional cost.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order shortly after delivery.

If your order arrives significantly damaged, contains a defective product, is missing an item, or includes an incorrect item, contact us promptly at:

Please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the outer shipping package

• Clear photos of the shipping label

• Clear photos of all packaging materials

• Clear photos of the product and its condition

• A brief explanation of the issue

Please do not open, alter, discard, or return the affected product or packaging while the claim is being reviewed unless instructed to do so.

Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a return, replacement, or refund. Each situation will be reviewed based on the available evidence, product condition, carrier requirements, and applicable law.

Minor dents, corner wear, scratches, loose wrapping, or other cosmetic imperfections to outer retail packaging may occur during manufacturing, distribution, or shipping. Cosmetic packaging wear alone may not qualify as product damage when the product remains sealed, authentic, and usable.

Shipping-Carrier Damage

Rip It TCG Shop packages orders carefully to help protect them during transit. Once a shipment is accepted by the carrier, package handling is outside of our direct control.

If damage occurs during shipping, we may request additional photographs, packaging materials, written information, or cooperation with a carrier investigation.

Customers must keep the outer shipping package, shipping label, protective materials, and affected product until the review or carrier claim has been completed.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for buyer preference, a change of mind, market-price changes, cosmetic outer-packaging wear, or products that are no longer wanted.

A refund may be issued when Rip It TCG Shop confirms that:

• An ordered product cannot be fulfilled

• An order was canceled by Rip It TCG Shop

• An incorrect or missing item cannot otherwise be corrected

• A verified damage or product issue qualifies for a refund

• A refund is otherwise required by applicable law

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges may not be refundable after an order has shipped unless the refund results from an error by Rip It TCG Shop or is otherwise required by law.

After a refund is issued, banks and payment providers may require additional time to process and post the funds to the customer’s account.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are final sale and are not redeemable for cash, except where required by applicable law.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Rip It TCG Shop before filing a chargeback or payment dispute so we have an opportunity to review and address the concern.

Fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized chargebacks may result in the customer’s account or future orders being restricted or declined.

Nothing in this section limits a customer’s lawful rights through their card issuer or payment provider.
