What Is the Disney Lorcana Whispers Starter Deck?
The Whispers in the Well Starter Deck is a single-player preconstructed deck product. Instead of opening packs first, you begin with a complete 60-card deck that is already built for play.
Ravensburger’s official Whispers in the Well product page identifies a Single-Player Deck as one of the featured products for the set.

Whispers in the Well also brought Disney stories including The Black Cauldron and Gargoyles into Lorcana.
